To create events, you must register for an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you create on SignupWhiz. By creating content, you grant us a license to store, display, and share it as necessary to provide the service. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Create events with false, misleading, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service to spam or distribute malware

5. Public Signup Links

Events you create generate public signup links that anyone with the link can access. You are responsible for sharing these links appropriately. Participants do not need accounts to claim slots but must provide their name.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using SignupWhiz, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Content Deletion

You may delete your events at any time. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep SignupWhiz available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
